2 Timothy 2:11-13
이 말씀은 믿을 만합니다. 우리가 주님과 함께 죽었으면, 우리도 또한 그분과 함께 살 것이요, 우리가 참고 견디면, 우리도 또한 그분과 함께 다스릴 것이요, 우리가 그분을 부인하면, 그분도 또한 우리를 부인하실 것입니다. 우리는 신실하지 못하더라도, 그분은 언제나 신실하십니다. 그분은 자기를 부인할 수 없으시기 때문입니다.
This shows that God's action toward us is always unbiased and He shows no favoritism. Moreover, it's evident that He calls us to be righteous not because of who we are and what we did for him. Rather, it's truly His mercy that shines upon our lives.
