Deuteronomy 1 (성경통독): This chapter discusses how Moses spoke to the people of Israel on the plains of Moab. In the end, he points out the importance of recognizing God's timing for us to take action vs. not to take action.42 - But God told me, “Tell them, ‘Don’t do it; don’t go up to fight—I’m not with you in this. Your enemies will waste you.’” But instead of listening to Moses's warning they wouldn’t listen. Rather they rebelled at the plain word of God. They threw out their chests and strutted into the hills. And those Amorites, who had lived in those hills all their lives, swarmed all over them like a hive of bees, chasing them from Seir all the way to Hormah, a stinging defeat.
