Deuteronomy 9 (성경통독): As Moses did, it's best to prostrate oneself before God (to cast (oneself) face down on the ground in humility). Indeed, God led Israel to cross the Jordan to enter the land and dispossess nations that are much bigger and stronger than they are. However, it was not because of the good acts that Israel showed before God. Rather, "actually it’s because of all the evil these nations have done. No, it’s nothing good that Israel has done, no record for decency that they've built up, that got them here; it’s because of the vile wickedness of these nations that God is dispossessing them before them so that He can keep his promised word to his ancestors, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
