Numbers 29: In this chapted, we learn how Moses instructed the People of Israel in all that God commanded him. It seemed customary to "bring a he-goat as an Absolution-Offering to atone for you in addition to the regular Whole-Burnt-Offering with its Grain-Offering and Drink-Offering" for seven consecutive days before resting. Also, it's noticeable that on the first, tenth and fifteenth day of the seventh month, God commanded the people to gather in holy worship and not to do any regular work.
