It talks about how God's judgment day comes and that Babylon is doomed for destruction as God is on the move with the weapons of his wrath. At the same time, we see how paralyzed in panic everyone is as God's Day of Judgment nears with God-of-the-Angel-Armies calling his army into battle formation.
