Jeremiah 14:1-10 (성경통독): Here, we can see how God’s word came to Jeremiah concerning the drought. Both Judah and Jerusalem are fallen and have become barren and unfruitful. So the people of Israel plead themselves guilty of their sins and ask the Lord to withdraw His wrath toward them for the sake of His name. However, God is upset because they like to wander and don’t restrain their feet. So the Lord does not accept them; he will now remember their wickedness and punish them for their sins.
