Luke 1:11-25 (성경통독): Here, Zechariah has an encounter in the temple with an Angel of the Lord whose name is Gabriel. Gabriel delivers him the great news that his wife Elizabeth will bear him a son, and he is to call him John who will in turn be a joy and delight to him, and many will rejoice because of his birth. However, because Zechariah shows unbelieving reaction due to old age of him and his wife, he became silent and could not speak anymore until the day of John’a birth. Afterwards, his wife Elizabeth became pregnant and for five months remained in seclusion.
