Luke 22:24-38 (성경통독): Here, a dispute also arose among them as to which of them was considered to be greatest. Jesus advised that “ the greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who rules like the one who serves.” He then addresses to Simon that His “faith may not fail. And when he has turned back, to strengthen his brothers.” When Peter said boldly replied, “Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and to death,” Jesus responded saying that “I tell you, Peter, before the rooster crows today, you will deny three times that you know me.” He also requested that the disciples should buy a sword.
