Romans 9:17-29 (성경통독): Here, Paul makes the point that God has mercy on whom he wants to have mercy, and he hardens whom he wants to harden. (i.e. Pharaoh) He is the potter and we are His lump of clay that He can make use of how He wants to. Even in regards to the Gentiles, he says as follows: “I will call them ‘my people’ who are not my people; and I will call her ‘my loved one’ who is not my loved one,”[i]
