Exodus 2:1-10 (성경통독): Here, we see how a Levite woman became pregnant and gave birth to a Hebrew baby, whom she hid for three months before she could no longer do so and placed him in a papyrus basket and put it among the reeds along the bank of the Nile. When the Pharaoh’s daughter went down to the Nile to bathe, and her attendants were walking along the riverbank, she found the basket and opened it to see a Hebrew baby in it. Since she felt sorry for the baby crying, she hired the mother of the baby to nurse him and paid her. When the child grew older, she took him to Pharaoh’s daughter and he became her son. She named him Moses,[b] saying, “I drew him out of the water.”
