1 John 2:18-23

어린이 여러분, 지금은 마지막 때입니다. 여러분이 그리스도의 적대자가 올 것이라는 말을 들은 것과 같이, 지금 그리스도의 적대자가 많이 생겼습니다. 그래서 우리는 지금이 마지막 때임을 압니다. 그들이 우리에게서 갔지만, 그들은 우리에게 속한 자들이 아니었습니다. 그들이 우리에게 속한 자들이었더라면, 그들은 우리와 함께 그대로 남아 있었을 것입니다. 그러나 결국에는 그들은 모두 우리에게 속한 자들이 아니라는 사실이 드러나게 되었습니다. 여러분은 거룩하신 분에게서 기름 부으심을 받아, 모든 것을 알고 있습니다.여러분이 진리를 알지 못한다고 해서 여러분에게 내가 이렇게 써 보내는 것이 아닙니다. 오히려 여러분이 진리를 알고 있기 때문에, 그리고 또한 여러분이 거짓은 모두 진리에서 나오지 않는다는 것을 알고 있기 때문에 이렇게 써 보내는 것입니다. 누가 거짓말쟁이입니까? 예수가 그리스도이심을 부인하는 사람이 아니고 누구겠습니까? 아버지와 아들을 부인하는 사람이 곧 그리스도의 적대자입니다. 누구든지 아들을 부인하는 사람은, 아버지를 모시고 있지 않은 사람이요, 아들을 시인하는 사람은, 아버지를 또한 모시고 있는 사람입니다.Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour. They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us; but their going showed that none of them belonged to us. But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all of you know the truth.I do not write to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it and because no lie comes from the truth. Who is the liar? It is the man who denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a man is the antichrist--he denies the Father and the Son. No one who denies the Son has the Father; whoever acknowledges the Son has the Father also.
