1 Samuel 24 (성경통독): Indeed, David is no rebel who would kill his king, the "anointed one of God. Rather, he has high reverence for the anointed one of God and only cuts off a piece of Saul’s royal robe when he actually has a chance to kill him. Momentarily, Saul realizes the good David has done to him and acknowledges that the kingdom of Israel is already in his grasp. Also, David promises me under God that he would not kill off Saul's family or wipe his name off the books. So we can see how God continuously works with and through David.
