2 Samuel 11 (성경통독): So here we see the begin of David's corruption and downfall. Although Uriah did not show too much commitment for his wife Bathsheba even after he returned from the battle and had plenty of opportunity to go home, it was not right of David to take advantage of this situation and to send Uriah back to the battlefield to get him killed. David even did not mind Joab's loss of the battle when he heard that Uriah had died since this meant that he could now take Bathsheba has his wife.... So David's integrity before God lessens as time passes by....
