2 Samuel 19 (성경통독): Here we see that David's grief for Absalom is greater than his joy about the victory. So David received criticism from Joab whom he replaces with Amasa as the permanent commander of the army. The good thing is... King David captured the hearts of everyone in Judah and so the king returned to Jerusalem. But we can see a division between the men of Israel vs. the men of Judah who argue over the ownership of the king. Also we can see that David plans no harm or revenge toward those (e.g. Shimei, Mephibosheth ...) who had not followed him in his escape when Absalom was trying to go after David.
