2 Kings 4 (성경통독): In this chapter, we can see how Elisha son of Shaphat is in full action by showing acts of love and care as a prophet. He helps the wife of a man from the guild of prophets and her sons not to go hungry. In response to kind hospitality of the Shunammite woman, Elisha prophesied that she would bear a son, which happened a year later. Elisha even brought back her dead son to back alive later when he died. He helped to turn a stew in an inedible state to make it edible and Elisha even helped to ensure that 100 people had leftovers of bread and apples when the man from Baal Shalisha brought those to him. Thus we can see Elisha being used as a tool of instrument of God throughout and people stand in awe of God's miraculous works.
