2 Chronicles 12 (성경통독): Unlike King Solomon who sought wisdom and was obedient to God, Rehoboam did not seek Him. He was a bad king - God was not important to him; his heart neither cared for nor sought after God. Though there were moments of temporary repentance and hence, God gave him over to Shishak king of Egypt but did not completely destroy him.
