Mark 9:30-37

그들은 거기에서 나와서, 갈릴리를 가로질러 가고 있었다. 예수께서는 이것을 남들이 알기를 바라지 않으셨다.그것은 예수께서 제자들을 가르치시며, 인자가 사람들의 손에 넘어가고, 사람들이 그를 죽이고, 그가 죽임을 당하고 나서, 사흘 후에 살아날 것이라고 그들에게 말씀하고 계셨기 때문이다. 그러나 제자들은 그 말씀을 깨닫지 못하였고, 예수께 묻기조차 두려워하였다. 그들은 가버나움으로 갔다. 예수께서 집 안에 계실 때에, 제자들에게 물으셨다. "너희가 길에서 무슨 일로 다투었느냐?" 제자들은 잠잠하였다. 그들은 길에서, 누가 가장 큰 사람이냐 하는 것으로 서로 다투었던 것이다. 예수께서 앉으신 다음에, 열두 제자를 불러 놓고, 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "누구든지 첫째가 되고자 하면, 그는 모든 사람의 꼴찌가 되어서 모든 사람을 섬겨야 한다."그리고 어린이 하나를 데려다가 그들 가운데 세우신 다음에, 그를 껴안아 주시고 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "누구든지 내 이름으로 이런 어린이들 가운데 하나를 영접하면, 그는 나를 영접하는 것이요, 누구든지 나를 영접하는 사람은, 나를 영접하는 것보다, 나를 보내신 분을 영접하는 것이다."They left that place and passed through Galilee. Jesus did not want anyone to know where they were,because he was teaching his disciples. He said to them, "The Son of Man is going to be betrayed into the hands of men. They will kill him, and after three days he will rise." But they did not understand what he meant and were afraid to ask him about it. They came to Capernaum. When he was in the house, he asked them, "What were you arguing about on the road?" But they kept quiet because on the way they had argued about who was the greatest. Sitting down, Jesus called the Twelve and said, "If anyone wants to be first, he must be the very last, and the servant of all."He took a little child and had him stand among them. Taking him in his arms, he said to them, "Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me."
