John 18:
"You say correctly that I am a king For this I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, to testify to the truth Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice." I pray that Christ will open my ears and heart so I can embrace the truth and thus hear His voice. Amen!
John 19:
Therefore when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, "It is finished!" And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit... "It is finished" is the same as saying "it is completed - the reconciliation of the relationship between God and man." The agony and sufferings that Jesus had to go through as God's son (separation from father) and endure as a person (physical pain)... all we can say to Christ is "Thank you!"... Thank you for your death on the cross and your resurrection this opened up the door to eternal life with our God. Amen!
