Hosea 5: " They wouldn’t recognize God if they saw me." God is pointing out to Israel's bloated arrogance, big as a house that hinders the people to see God. Once we ourselves become too important in life, there is no room for God to enter.
Hosea 6: This chapter goes on with God's verdict about Israel, Judah and Ephraim." I want you to know God, not go to more prayer meetings." These words show us that God expects us a change and worship of our hearts rather than attending countlesss and meaningless prayer meetings and church related activities.
