Revelations 15: This chapter discusses how John saw another great and marvelous sign - namely, the seven angels with the last plagues that would complete God's wrath.
Revelations 16: John heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, “Go, pour out the seven bowls of God’s wrath on the earth.” The effects of this pouring have been disastrous on earth. But instead of giving in, the people refused to repent and glorify Him. Rather than looking at our own fragile nature and be shamed of it, we have the tendency to blame others. Here, it says that " And they cursed God on account of the plague of hail, because the plague was so terrible." That's how wicked and fragile human nature is.
