Revelations 17: In this chapter, one of the Seven Angels who carried the seven bowls came and invited John "to show him the judgment of the great Whore who sits enthroned over many waters, the Whore with whom the kings of the earth have gone whoring, show him the judgment on earth dwellers drunk on her whorish lust." Though the beast and kings will go to war against the Lamb, the Lamb will defeat them, proof that he is Lord over all lords, King over all kings, and those with him will be the called, chosen, and faithful.” Amen! We can rely on the king of kings and Lord of lords.
Revelations 18: This chapter discussed the doom on the city of darkness, aka Babylon. It shows a strong contrasting picture. While the city of Babylon is doomed and about to fall apart, Heaven celebrates joined in by saints, apostles, and prophets for God has judged every wrong they suffered.
