1 Chronicles 18 (성경통독): God must really have loved David, as He gave him victory after victory in his fights wherever he marched. Thus David ruled over all of Israel. He ruled well, fair and evenhanded in all his duties and relationships. The Philistines, the Moabites, the Arameans, the Ammonites and the Amaleks all got to lecture when they were defeated by David's army led by Joab son of Zeruiah, the head of the army.
