Revelation 18:4-8

나는 하늘에서 또 다른 음성이 울려오는 것을 들었습니다. "내 백성아, 그 도시에서 떠나거라. 너희는 그 도시의 죄에 가담하지 말고, 그 도시가 당하는 재난을 당하지 않도록 하여라. 그 도시의 죄는 하늘에까지 닿았고, 하나님은 그 도시의 불의한 행위를 기억하신다.너희는 그 도시가 준 만큼 그 도시에 돌려주고, 그 도시의 행실대로 갑절로 갚아 주어라. 너희는 그 도시가 섞은 잔에 갑절로 섞어 주어라. 그 도시가 그렇게 자기를 영화롭게 하고, 사치하였으니, 그만큼 그에게 고통과 슬픔을 안겨 주어라. 그 도시는 마음 속으로 '나는 여왕의 자리에 앉아 있고, 과부가 아니니, 절대로 슬픔을 맛보지 않을 것이다' 하고 말한다. 그러므로 그 도시에 재난 곧 죽음과 슬픔과 굶주림이 하루 사이에 닥칠 것이요, 그 도시는 불에 타 버릴 것이다. 그 도시를 심판하신 주 하나님은 강한 분이시기 때문이다."Then I heard another voice from heaven say: "Come out of her, my people, so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues; for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes.Give back to her as she has given; pay her back double for what she has done. Mix her a double portion from her own cup. Give her as much torture and grief as the glory and luxury she gave herself. In her heart she boasts, 'I sit as queen; I am not a widow, and I will never mourn.' Therefore in one day her plagues will overtake her: death, mourning and famine. She will be consumed by fire, for mighty is the Lord God who judges her.
