Ephesians 4: you were taught in Him to be made new in the attitude of your minds... I pray that I will pursue this newness that he intends I my every day life.
Ephesians 5: "Husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies". He who loves his wife loves himself. So in order to learn to love myself, I should practice love on my wife. :)
