Hosea 1: God is fed up with Israel and has run out of mercy and He has no more forgiveness toward the people.
Hosea 2: " I’ll have mercy on No-Mercy. I’ll say to Nobody, ‘You’re my dear Somebody,’ and he’ll say ‘You’re my God!’” God speaks of restoration and He is ready to start all over again by pouring out His grace and mercy to the rebellious and sinful nation of Israel. His unending love and mercy extends towards everything more than anyone could imagine.
