1 Peter 1:22-25

22 Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for each other, love one another deeply, from the heart.[b] 23 For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God. 24 For, “All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall, 25 but the word of the Lord endures forever.”[c] And this is the word that was preached to you.

If this forever living and enduring word of God is within us and if we obey it at any moment in our lives, we will be reborn and purified in Him which will result in deep affectionate care and love for each other. This love is not of this world... Rather this love is unconditional and should suppress any type of anger and resentment we could have toward others.I pray that the word of God will work within us and empower us not judge and act against people with the eyes and love of this world. Rather, I pray that our love will be the result of the living and enduring word of God working within us and producing fruits that will please Him.
