2 Thessalonians 1:...and as a result you will be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are suffering. So does it mean that suffering is pre-requisite to be counted worthy of the kingdom of God? Definitely, according to Paul perseverance and faith in all the persecutions and trials you are enduring should be necessary to be counted worthy of the kingdom of God.
2 Thessalonians 2: ...A.) They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved...B.) because God chose you as firstfruits[b] to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth. So the bottom line is about believing the truth. This is our calling and God wants us to spread the truth to all as much as we can.
2 Thessalonians 3: We did this, not because we do not have the right to such help, but in order to offer ourselves as a model for you to imitate... So it shows how important it is not only imitate Christ in our lives but also to become a role model to others so they can look at us and see that Jesus Christ is at work in our lives.
