Genesis 25:1-11

아브라함이 다시 아내를 맞아들였는데, 그의 이름은 그두라이다. 그와 아브라함 사이에서 시므란과 욕산과 므단과 미디안과 이스박과 수아가 태어났다. 욕산은 스바와 드단을 낳았다. 드단의 자손에게서 앗수르 사람과 르두시 사람과 르움미 사람이 갈라져 나왔다. 미디안의 아들은 에바와 에벨과 하녹과 아비다와 엘다아인데, 이들은 모두 그두라의 자손이다. 아브라함은 자기 재산을 모두 이삭에게 물려 주고,첩들에게서 얻은 아들들에게도 한 몫씩 나누어 주었는데, 그가 죽기 전에 첩들에게서 얻은 아들들을 동쪽 곧 동방 땅으로 보내어서, 자기 아들 이삭과 떨어져서 살게 하였다. 아브라함이 누린 햇수는 모두 백일흔다섯 해이다. 아브라함은 자기가 받은 목숨대로 다 살고, 아주 늙은 나이에 기운이 다하여서, 숨을 거두고 세상을 떠나, 조상들이 간 길로 갔다. 그의 아들 이삭과 이스마엘이 그를 막벨라 굴에 안장하였다. 그 굴은 마므레 근처, 헷 사람 소할의 아들 에브론의 밭에 있다. 그 밭은 아브라함이 헷 사람에게서 산 것이다. 바로 그 곳에서 아브라함은 그의 아내 사라와 합장되었다.아브라함이 죽은 뒤에, 하나님은 아브라함의 아들 이삭에게 복을 주셨다. 그 때에 이삭은 브엘라해로이 근처에서 살고 있었다.Abraham took another wife, whose name was Keturah. She bore him Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak and Shuah. Jokshan was the father of Sheba and Dedan; the descendants of Dedan were the Asshurites, the Letushites and the Leummites. The sons of Midian were Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abida and Eldaah. All these were descendants of Keturah. Abraham left everything he owned to Isaac.But while he was still living, he gave gifts to the sons of his concubines and sent them away from his son Isaac to the land of the east. Altogether, Abraham lived a hundred and seventy-five years. Then Abraham breathed his last and died at a good old age, an old man and full of years; and he was gathered to his people. His sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah near Mamre, in the field of Ephron son of Zohar the Hittite, the field Abraham had bought from the Hittites. There Abraham was buried with his wife Sarah.After Abraham's death, God blessed his son Isaac, who then lived near Beer Lahai Roi.
