Galatians 5:19-26

육체의 행실은 환히 드러난 것들입니다. 곧 음행과 더러움과 방탕과 우상숭배와 마술과 원수맺음과 다툼과 시기와 분냄과 분쟁과 분열과 파당과질투와 술취함과 흥청망청 먹고 마시는 놀음과, 그와 같은 것들입니다. 내가 전에도 여러분에게 경고하였지만, 이제 또다시 경고합니다. 이런 짓을 하는 사람들은 하나님의 나라를 상속받지 못할 것입니다. 그러나 성령의 열매는 사랑과 기쁨과 화평과 인내와 친절과 선함과 신실과 온유와 절제입니다. 이런 것들을 막을 법이 없습니다. 그리스도 예수께 속한 사람은 정욕과 욕망과 함께 자기의 육체를 십자가에 못박았습니다. 우리가 성령으로 삶을 얻었으니, 우리는 성령이 인도해 주심을 따라 살아갑시다.우리는 잘난 체하거나 서로 노엽게 하거나 질투하거나 하지 않도록 합시다.The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factionsand envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.
