Romans 14: 17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit... I pray that I won't cause anyone to fall into temptation of sinning through my misjudged action or speech. It's important to keep in mind that God has created everyone differently with diverse skill sets.

Romans 15: so that I may come to you with joy, by God’s will, and in your company be refreshed.... Paul thought of himself as a living sacrifice to God and the goal of his life was to glorify God and to refresh others in Christ so that they could become also disciples.

Romans 16: ...so that all the Gentiles might come to the obedience that comes from[f] faith... True obedience to the word of God comes only from faith in Christ. And this faith will become deeper only as seek Him more. And luckily we have our fellow brothers and sisters who support each other. Paul also had help around him through many co-workers in Christ as a big portion of Romans 16 focuses on personal greetings.
