Isaiah 19: So the prophecy against Egypt has been fulfilled. The Lord poured them a spirit of dizziness and confusion into their land, and everyone is led astray as it seems. However, in that day...the Lord will provide healing and restoration. Indeed, the Lord will strike Egypt with a plague; he will strike them and heal them. They will turn to the Lord, and he will respond to their pleas and heal them. This is how the Lord works among the nations and its people.
Isaiah 20: Those who trusted in Cush and boasted in Egypt will be dismayed and put to shame.... So what are the strongholds, trust and reliance? merely just earthly mortal things... But what the Lord really wants from them is full trust and boast in Him only.
Isaiah 21: The prophecies continue...this time against Babylon, Edom and Arabia. All their splendor will come to an end and the survivors will be little...
