Hebrews 9:"If that animal blood and the other rituals of purification were effective in cleaning up certain matters of our religion and behavior, think how much more the blood of Christ cleans up our whole lives, inside and out." Indeed, we should think and meditate about the meaning of Christ's shed blood on the cross in our lives. Christ’s death wasa one-time event, but it was a sacrifice that took care of sins forever!!! So we should reach out to Christ with confidence and claim our sonship.
Hebrews 10: The plain fact is that bull and goat blood can’t get rid of sin. Rather, as a priest, Christ made a single sacrifice for sins and that was it. Indeed it was "a perfect sacrifice by a perfect person to perfect some very imperfect people." So we should keep in mind that we (some very imperfect people) have been perfected by the perfected person Jesus Christ and we should no longer turn back but stay on course in our race with Christ trusting Him all the way. Amen!
