Exodus 9: "Still, I know that you and your servants have no respect for God.” And Moses was right. Namely, when Pharaoh saw that the rain and hail and thunder had stopped, he kept right on sinning, stubborn as ever, both he and his servants. Pharaoh’s heart turned rock-hard. He refused to release the Israelites, as God had ordered through Moses....but God was not hardening Pharaoh's heart to test Moses and Aaron. Rather, make Pharaoh recognize His power so that His reputation spreads in all the Earth. It temporarily seems that Pharaoh is still building himself up at his people’s expense. But this won't last too long ...
Exodus 10: .... so that you’ll all know that I am God.” So it's not about the Pharaoh or the people, but moreover, it's about God who reveals Himself through miracles being display by Moses and Aaron. However still, God kept Pharaoh stubborn as ever. He wouldn’t agree to release the livestock eve after 9 strikes on the country!!!
