As there is no food, money or livestock more left in Egypt, people sell their own bodies as slaves fo Pharaoh and paid a fifth of their crop to him. So he helped Pharaoh to become really rich.
Genesis 48: In his blessing for Joseph's two sons, Jacob put Ephraim ahead of Manasseh (the younger above his older brother just as Jacob had taken away the right of the first born from his older brother Esau). As requested, Joseph will bury his Father alongside his fathers instead of in Israel.
