Mark 12:7-12
7.그러나 그 농부들은 서로 말하였다. '이 사람은 상속자다. 그를 죽여 버리자. 그러면 유산은 우리의 차지가 될 것이다.'
8.그러면서, 그들은 그를 잡아서 죽이고, 포도원 바깥에다가 내던졌다.
9.그러니, 포도원 주인이 어떻게 하겠느냐? 그는 와서 농부들을 죽이고, 포도원을 다른 사람들에게 줄 것이다.
10.너희는 성경에서 이런 말씀도 읽어 보지 못하였느냐? '집을 짓는 사람이 버린 돌이 집 모퉁이의 머릿돌이 되었다.
11.이것은 주님께서 하신 일이요, 우리 눈에는 놀랍게 보인다.'"
12.그들은 이 비유가 자기들을 겨냥하여 하신 말씀인 줄 알아차리고, 예수를 잡으려고 하였다. 그러나 그들은 무리를 두려워하여, 예수를 그대로 두고 떠나갔다.
7."But the tenants said to one another, 'This is the heir. Come, let's kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.'
8.So they took him and killed him, and threw him out of the vineyard.
9."What then will the owner of the vineyard do? He will come and kill those tenants and give the vineyard to others.
10.Haven't you read this scripture: " 'The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone;
11.the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes'?"
12.Then they looked for a way to arrest him because they knew he had spoken the parable against them. But they were afraid of the crowd; so they left him and went away.

The problem is that the chief priests, the teachers of the law and the elders did not desire to become a heir to God. Rather, they rejected His son and did not want to listen to the Lord. 그들의 마음이 삐뚤어저 있었기 때문에 그들은 예수님의 말씀을 가시로 여겼고 또한 그를 잡아서 없앨 궁리를 했습니다. 문제는 그들은 하나님의 심판과 회개의 중요성 보다는 주번에 있는 무리를 두려워했기 때문입니다. 우리는 세상을 의지하며 두려워하는 순간 하나님께 focus를 더이상 못합니다. 우리의 시각이 변하고 우선순위가 바껴서 하나님께 의지하는 순간 우리는 변화되어 세상을 두려워하기 보다는 하나님을 경외하는 마음이 생깁니다.
