Colossians 3:1-6
그러므로 여러분이 그리스도와 함께 살려 주심을 받았으면, 위에 있는 것들을 추구하십시오. 거기에는, 그리스도께서 하나님의 오른쪽에 앉아 계십니다.
여러분은 땅에 있는 것들을 생각하지 말고, 위에 있는 것들을 생각하십시오.
여러분은 이미 죽었고, 여러분의 생명은 그리스도와 함께 하나님 안에 감추어져 있습니다.
여러분의 생명이신 그리스도께서 나타나실 때에, 여러분도 그분과 함께 영광에 싸여 나타날 것입니다.
그러므로 땅에 속한 지체의 일들, 곧 음행과 더러움과 정욕과 악한 욕망과 탐욕을 죽이십시오. 탐욕은 우상숭배입니다.이런 것들 때문에, [순종하지 않는 자들에게] 하나님의 진노가 내립니다.Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God.
Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.
For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.
When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry.Because of these, the wrath of God is coming.

우리의 생명이신 그리스도께서 나타나실 때에 우리도 그분과 함께 영광에 싸여 나타날 것입니다. 따라서 우리는 잠시 눈에 보였다 사라질 세셍의 삶에 대해 너무 미련을 가질 필요가 없음을 다시 기억 해 봅닏. We have died our life is now hidden with Christ in God. That's something we need to remember as we struggle to overcome our daily sinful lives. Sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed...these are struggles I face on a daily basis and I can only overcome these as I firmly believe in Christ that His mercy and grace will heal me and conceal me from this world. As much as we have died to this world, we will need to put to death all the forms of sins that we can easily commit. Amen!
