1 Chronicles 15: "And when she saw King David dancing and celebrating, she despised him in her heart." To those who don't have God in their hearts as Lord and Savior, this dance and celebration to the Lord may appear to be foolish. But if we really stand before God, there is nothing to be embarrassed about.

1 Chronicles 16: Ministering Before the Ark. We can see how David set up praise and worship service for the Lord. He presented burnt offerings to the Lord on the altar of burnt offering regularly, morning and evening, which shows that his heart and focus were really tuned toward God and His law.

1 Chronicles 17: You, Lord, are God! As much as David adored God and praised for him for everything, we should think about if we have thanksgiving and praise for the Lord in our daily lives.

1 Chronicles 18: 14 David reigned over all Israel, doing what was just and right for all his people and the Lord gave David victory wherever he went. It's because David knew that all his victories and successes were granted to him by the grace and mercy of God.

1 Chronicles 19:

1 Chronicles 19: " Be strong, and let us fight bravely for our people and the cities of our God. The Lord will do what is good in his sight.” I believe this faith in God really strengthened David, Joab and his troops. I think this must have really pleased God for they had a right mind, vision and focus in Him and through Him.

1 Chronicles 20: Israel was constantly at war with neighboring kingdoms and nations. But God's guidance and spirit was with the Israelite army and led them to victory after victory, since Israel was God's chosen nation and He remembered the promises to Abraham and Jacob etc.
