Romans 1: The righteous will live by faith....Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.... Although we know, we are rebellious to disobey God's righteous decree. This is the state of deprave human mind and sinful nature.
Romans 2: do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?... For God gives us a heart to repent and obey His word.
Romans 3: through the law we become conscious of our sin... For we maintain that a person is justified by faith apart from the works of the law. This faith is alone in Jesus Christ.
Romans 4: Here is a true saying: Jesus was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification. As long as we firmly believe this, we will not be led astray by the spirit of error.
