If the Lord had not been on our side— the help of the Maker of heaven and earth would not be with us. Things of this world would swallow us alive and torment us if they amazing grace of the Lord would not protect us and watch over us.

Does this chapter suggest that the righteous might turn and use their hands to do evil if being tempted? Of course, the Lord does not test His people but He gives us a freedom of choice. If we really trust in the Lord, we will not be shaken but will endure forever being protected under the shadow of His wings.

The Lord restores! Those who sow with tears will reap songs of joy. He knows our innermost thoughts and intentions. Nevertheless, the Lord restores and wants to fill our mouths with laughter and our tongs with songs of joy.

Unless the Lord.... everything we do is in vain. So it's important to receive His endorsement and approval for every single actions we take in our daily lives. Yes, I truly thank the Lord for my two beautiful children for they are a heritage from the Lord and they are a true reward for me.

Blessed are all who fear the Lord, for this is the beginning of wisdom and the result of our walk in obedience to Him.

Oppression seems to have weighed down heavily on David. He compares being freed from the oppression since his youth to plowmen blowing his back and cord being cut free etc.

Indeed, Jesus Christ is the redeemer from all our sins and He does not keep a record of our sins but forgives them because of His grace, mercy and love through shedding of His blood on the cross.
