Isaiah 31:The woes continue against those who rely on Egypt for help and do no look to the Holy One of Israel or seek help from the Lord. To those people, a sword, not of mortals will devour them. In other words, permanent spiritual separation from the Lord awaits them.

Isaiah 32: The fruit of that righteousness will be peace; its effect will be quietness and confidence forever. In other words, those noble who rely on the king reigning in righteousness will be able to reap of righteousness = peace. Because the Lord's guidance and hands will be upon us, we will enjoy quietness and confidence in Him.

Isaiah 33: The key to wisdom and knowledge is the fear of the Lord who will be the sure foundation for our times. If we hear what He has done and acknowledge His power and presence, He will Himself to us.
