Psalm 147: So what is God's delight and pleasure? It's not the strength of the horse or the legs of the warrior. Rather, the Lord delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love. Fear is the beginning of wisdom and those who fear Him will distance themselves from repeating sinful acts.

Psalm 148: Who are the people close to His heart? It's surely those who praise His name. We have all been created at his command and rules; thus, we should be obedient and give praise to the creator of our souls for everything He has bestowed upon up in this world. Amen!

Psalm 149: I think the double-edged sword refers to the word of God, meaning that He will deal with vengeance on the nations and judge and punish the people as He sees and decides. For now and forevermore, He wants us to rejoice in the Lord and be glad in Him, the true king of our lives.

Psalm 150: Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. It would be non-sense to count every one of God's acts since they are too numerous. His acts of power and His being should be praised with everything we have. (e.g.) This is our calling and appointment.
