Psalm 73: "till I entered the sanctuary of God..." This seems to indicate that the entrance into the sanctuary of God has awakened David/ Asaph and helped them to see the works of God. It surely helped David/ Asaph to realize that their flesh and heart may fail, but that God is the strength of their heart and their portion forever.

Psalm 74: David/Asaph plead with God to remember His people and not to reject or forsake them. He wants to remind God that Israel is the nation He purchased long ago and that its people are of His inheritance whom He redeemed.

Psalm 75: Indeed, it's God who judges with equity and no favoritism. The arrogant will sing praises to himself while the righteous will sing praise to the God of Jacob whose horns will be lifted up.

Psalm 76: God here is being depicted to have wrath against mankind. Surely, everyone falls short of God's glory and God has dealt with the righteous and arrogant/wicked with equity. But we should keep in mind that God has no evil intentions with His people. Rather, He wants to be remembered, praised and feared by His people so that they won't follow their sinful lives.

Psalm 77: "I will consider all your works and meditate on all your mighty deeds.” I believe that this is key to building a relationship with God and the beginning to fear the Lord.

Psalm 78: The author defines the human beings as "flesh, a passing breeze that does not return." This shows how fickle and rebellious we are before God. Though God has given His people many chances and showed His mercy toward them on numerous occasions, they failed to obey Him and were not loyal to Him.
