Genesis 15: God tells Abram not to worry about seeing no heir presently and reminds him that He is the same God who brought him from Ur of the Chaldees and gave him this land to own. And Abram believed! Believed God! God declared him “Set-Right-with-God.” That's why God credited his belief as righteousness.
Genesis 16: It's interesting to see how the angel of God urges Hagar to back to her mistress and to put up with her abuse. And Hagar saw and believed that it was God who spoke to her: “You’re the God who sees me! “Yes! He saw me; and then I saw him!”
