Genesis 1: “Prosper! Reproduce! Fill Earth! Take charge!". The final command was only given to human beings as they were responsible for the fish in the sea, the birds in the air, the cattle, And, yes, Earth itself, and every animal that moves on the face of Earth.” So we can see that human beings had a different rank and standing ever since the creation. Indeed , it says that " God created human beings; he created them godlike, Reflecting God’s nature. He created them male and female."
Genesis 2: The creation of the earth is very interesting indeed. First, God planted a garden in Eden, in the east. Second, He put the Man he had just made in it. Third, God made all kinds of trees grow from the ground, trees beautiful to look at and good to eat. The Tree-of-Life was in the middle of the garden....the man was set down in the Garden of Eden to work the ground and keep it in order. So he was responsible for order and maintenance in the Garden of Eden. I believe that as much as Adam was responsible to keep God's work intact, we also have responsibility (stewardship) in this life. We should pray and ask God for revealing His calling to us.
