2 Thessalonians 2:13-17

주님의 사랑을 받는 형제자매 여러분, 우리는 여러분의 일로 언제나 하나님께 감사하지 않을 수 없습니다. 하나님께서는 여러분을 성령으로 거룩하게 하시고, 진리를 믿게 하여 구원에 이르게 하시려고, 처음부터 여러분을 택하여 주셨기 때문입니다. 이렇게 되게 하시려고, 하나님께서는 우리의 복음으로 여러분을 부르시고, 여러분에게 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 영광을 얻게 하셨습니다. 그러므로 형제자매 여러분, 든든히 서서, 우리의 말이나 편지로 배운 전통을 굳게 지키십시오.우리를 사랑하시고 은혜로 영원한 위로와 선한 소망을 주시는 하나님 우리 아버지와 우리 주 예수 그리스도께서, 친히, 여러분의 마음을 격려하시고, 모든 선한 일과 말에 굳세게 해 주시기를 빕니다.But we ought always to thank God for you, brothers loved by the Lord, because from the beginning God chose you to be saved through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth. He called you to this through our gospel, that you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. So then, brothers, stand firm and hold to the teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter.May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal encouragement and good hope, encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good deed and word.
