2 Thessalonians 3:1-5

마지막으로 형제자매 여러분, 주님의 말씀이 여러분에게 퍼진 것과 같이, 각처에 속히 퍼져서, 영광스럽게 되도록, 우리를 위해서 기도해 주십시오. 또 우리가 심술궂고 악한 사람에게서 벗어나도록 기도해 주십시오. 사람마다 믿음을 가지고 있는 것이 아닙니다. 그러나 주님께서는 신실하신 분이시므로, 여러분을 굳세게 하시고, 악한 자에게서 지켜 주십니다. 우리가 명령한 것을 여러분이 지금도 실행하고 있고, 또 앞으로도 실행하리라는 것을, 우리는 주님 안에서 확신하고 있습니다. 주님께서 여러분의 마음을 인도하셔서, 여러분이, 하나님께서 사랑하시는 것과 같이 사랑하고, 그리스도께서 인내하시는 것과 같이 인내하기를 바랍니다.Finally, brothers, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you. And pray that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men, for not everyone has faith. But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen and protect you from the evil one. We have confidence in the Lord that you are doing and will continue to do the things we command. May the Lord direct your hearts into God's love and Christ's perseverance.
