1 Kings 20: It's interesting to see how the prophets functioned as the voice of God (messenger) to the kings and delegates. Despite the many ongoing warfare with so many troops being wounded and killed, it's clearly visible that the Lord's hands are on the battle field. In fact, God uses the prophets to communicate to the kings about upcoming battles. So we can see who the true leader is...


1 Kings 21: It's really disgusting to see the evil human nature and what an evil person is really capable of doing. Ahab, sold himself to do evil in the eyes of the Lord, urged on by Jezebel his wife. I think Jezebel is even more evil. It's difficult to imagine why she would kill an innocent person for the sake of wanting to take his vineyard.
