2 Kings 2:
We can see how Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind and how his spirit is resting on Elisha. It's interesting to see how God takes care of Elisha by guiding him to heal the water and how He protects him from the boys who jeered at him.
2 Kings 3:
The plunder and attacks don't seem to stop throughout Israel. Kings rise against kings and nations take arms against other nations. I wonder why God just observed these things to happen? Surely His spirit was on the battlefields and He controlled the outcomes. And he also used the prophets to communicate to the kings about what would happen next.
2 kings 4:
We can see how God used Elisha as his tool of instrument to counsel, restore, lead people and to provide. Elisha was caring for the people he was considered righteous before God.
