2 Kings 24-25 (성경통독)
2 Kings 24:
Jehoiakim King of Judah (1-7)
Jehoiachin King of Judah (8-17)
Zedekiah King of Judah (18-20)
The Fall of Jerusalem
2 Kings 25:
The Fall of Jerusalem (1-26)
Jehoiachin Released (27-30)
2 Kings 24: This is the beginning of the Babylonian Captivity. Because of the sins of Manasseh and all he had done, including the shedding of innocent blood in Jerusalem, the Lord was not willing to forgive. Furthermore, Jehoiakim and Jehoiachin did evil in the eyes of the Lord to aggravate this situation so that God removed His grace and mercy toward His people Israel.
2 Kings 25: Why did God allow Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon to capture and siege all Jerusalem that lasted 70 years? Why were the people so rebellious toward God that He did not have any other option than to send to into exile?
